Journalist. Graduate in Journalism from the University of Malaga, Inter-University Master’s Degree in Culture of Peace, Education, Conflicts and Human Rights from the Institute of Peace and Conflicts and the University of Malaga and Official Master’s Degree in Development Cooperation, Public and NGO Management from CICODE and FUNDEA of the University of Granada. As a journalist, he began his work as an editor for a year in the local newspaper El Día de Antequera y Comarca.

Since 2009 he has carried out several investigations on Communication for Social Change in collaboration with NGOs and has won the prize for the Best Research Work Manuel Castillo 2012 awarded by the University of Valencia.

He has worked as a cooperation technician and journalist in Palestine where he directed the documentary Existir es Resistir, premiered in the official section of the Malaga Film Festival. He writes about communication and Palestine in several magazines and on-line media (La Marea, El Diario.es, El Salto, Pueblos, Rebelión).

He has worked as a cooperation technician in the Al-Quds Association of Solidarity with the Peoples of the Arab World (Malaga), and in the Cooperation and Volunteering Unit of the University of Jaén. She has directed several radio podcasts in Malaga (Onda Color) and special news formats for which she won the award for best news content in the Andalusian Local Audiovisual Communication Awards in 2014 and in Uniradio (Jaén) with the radio podcast UJA Coopera (2021-2023).

He has been coordinating several projects on international law, psychosocial health and healthcare in both the West Bank and Gaza, a place he has visited up to 6 times. He is currently an international consultant and organizing secretary of the Andalusian Union of Journalists (SPA). He is also an active member and spokesperson of the ‘Coordinadora Andalucía con Palestina’.
